OUR MISSION
From Octavia Butler to Jackie Robinson, Pasadena has reigned as one of the premier cities for prominent African Americans. Established in 2018, the Miss Black Pasadena Mentor and Scholarship Program will continue this legacy by cultivating some of the most fearless and goal driven young women in the community. Miss Black Pasadena was founded with a goal to include black women and culture in conversations regarding beauty and elite achievement. Our mission is to inspire sisterhood and foster relationships within a community that is dedicated to promoting an atmosphere of belonging and support. Activities

Self Development
Miss Black Pasadena exemplifies a standard of excellence. With an emphasis on topics like public speaking, etiquette, personal branding, and career pathways, we hope to equip the young ladies with the necessary tools for success. We know that access to the right resources enables young people to become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential.

Community Outreach
Community outreach is something we do not take lightly and supporting our community is a top priority, especially those in need. Our team works continuously to make a positive and lasting impact by giving back.
